All The World Is Mad…
Whoooo. Been busy busy busy. Since the last update I have done a shit ton and its felt like a year has gone by. I moved out of a really shitty house at the end of July and moved into what now used to be a really shitty house. Now however after about a month of constant work it is becoming one of the nicer houses I have lived in on my own! We moved into this new house and the smell was terrible, the carpet was absolutely disgusting, the walls felt like they were covered in meth… The roof couldn’t even be classified as such and the stove constantly put out a smell of gas. It was the ritzy of the ritz let me tell you. The second day after starting to slowly move in Taylor and I discovered that under the carpet upstairs was wood floor! And instantly we made a unanimous decision that the carpet had to go and the wood floors could stay. The carpet literally stunk of pee and goddamn hippie’s. Fucking hippie’s are the sickest people out there. Seriously you guys win the award for most pathetic human beings as you have no respect for anything and just trash shit without a care in the world. However the floors became a huge project which I had to enlist the help of my Dad as they were in god awful shape. We spent two weeks getting them sanded and re applying polyurethane. It was one of the bigger projects I have been apart of for something involving my own house. However the reward is awesome as we now have a classy fucking house with brand new wood floors and we for the next year will receive a hundred dollars off each months rent! This is phenomenal… Truly. We also just finished repainting the upstairs a nice classy color that really ties everything together. I am very happy with the new digs. The landlord is pretty dumb, but she is doing everything she can to help make it better for us, starting with taking money off the rent for our work on the floors. She also had the roof replaced, along with the front door and we just got a brand new stove! This lady is killing it at being a landlord and I am happy we were able to find this place in such a last minute frenzy. Procrastination is the name of the game for me and my friends. We are champs at it, yet it seems to work well for us. On top of moving into a new house we had to find a new roommate as we didn’t feel comfortable keeping Ashley since she wasn’t holding down a job, and the fact that she was putting out a heaping amount of money for her two DUI’s that she received literally in a three week period. Anyways we just had this dude Logan from Tennessee move in and he seems to be pretty rad.
On the personal front things are going pretty well and I am currently seeing a girl that I am for the first time in over a year very stoked on all the way around and can actually see myself seeking a relationship out of. Things are looking up. On the downside of things though I had to drop all my classes because of work which I am not thrilled about. Orite I would say that is a solid enough update assholes.
