Election fini…
Barack Obama President elect ladies and gentlemen. How surreal is this at this time in our lives!?! I mean four years ago we were all angry because somehow Bush was re elected after what is considered to be the worst four years of any presidency. Not to mention that the voter turnout was absolutely terrible. This time around people got out and voted and it showed in every way possible. Last night was truly inspirational and for as lopsided as the victory was the evening was still full of excitement. What is so crazy is that we all were really worried that McCain seriously had a chance and that it would be a long drawn out election with one state deciding who was going to be our next president. Even greater, countries around the world are just as stoked on this shit as we are and that says a lot. November 4th 2008 will always be looked at as truly a historic day for this country and just how far we as people have come within the last 50 years.
